Privacy Policy
Meridian Commerce Intelligence · Last updated 17 September 2026
This policy explains what data Meridian Commerce Intelligence ("Meridian", "we") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Meridian is operated from the Netherlands.
Who this applies to
Meridian is a business tool used by invited sellers. It is not offered to the general public and is not directed at children.
Data we process
- Account data. When you sign in, we receive your name, email address, and a unique identifier from our identity provider. We use this to authenticate you and to attribute your actions inside the product.
- Usage data. Searches you run, opportunities you save or dismiss, and feedback you give. We use this to show your results and to improve ranking quality.
- Google Ads data. If you connect a Google Ads account, Meridian uses the Google Ads API to read keyword-planning metrics (search volume, competition, and trends) for product concepts and regions you choose. Meridian does not create campaigns, change bids or budgets, or spend money on your behalf. Access is granted through Google's OAuth consent screen and can be revoked at any time from your Google Account permissions.
- Marketplace and supplier data. Public listing information retrieved from provider APIs (such as eBay) under those providers' terms. Where a provider requires it, seller identifiers are hashed and deletion notices are honoured.
- Technical data. Request logs, IP addresses, and error diagnostics needed to run and secure the service.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Meridian's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the demand-analysis features you request, is not sold, is not used for advertising, and is not transferred to third parties except as needed to operate the service or as required by law.
How long we keep data
Account and usage data are kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request. Provider observations are retained as time-stamped history so that past recommendations remain explainable; personal identifiers within them are hashed or removed.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with infrastructure providers that host and operate the service under contract, and with authorities where legally required.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may revoke any connected Google account at any time. Contact us at palintocorp@gmail.com. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
